Project Management

Prior to installation, your project manager works with you to develop your project timeline. Once begun, the team assigned for a particular project uses a systematic approach to ensure a successful implementation. Throughout the project, customer participation and involvement are encouraged to ensure the solution is custom-fitted to your needs.


Expert Installation

Our technical staff averages 20 years of experience, and has undergone rigorous factory training. They also participate in ongoing training to maintain manufacturers’ certification standards.


Training & Administration

We stress the importance of training with each of our customers. Training needs, curriculum, and employee availability are defined to ensure you get the full maximum benefit of the technology.

The system administrator is selected. Systems are programmed and tested. And training is done on site in small groups with each employee receiving a customized easy to- read user guide and ‘quick start’ materials. And with our Platinum Plus Partner program or Managed Services program, we will continue to provide assistance for as long as you own your system.
